MIT School of Architecture (MIT SOA) is an institute that blends innovative engineering tactics with the traditional, and that is one of our most special qualities. ◼ B.Arch - Architecture
◼ Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either chemistry or biology or technical Vocational subjects or Computer Science or Information Technology or Information practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
◼ Passes 10+3 Diploma examination with mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate. The institution shall give weightage of 50% marks for Aptitude test and 50% marks in the qualifying examination for admission into B.Arch Course.
◼ The candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in Architecture, i.e. NATA 2024 or NTA (JEE) 2024.
◼ M.Arch - Master of Architecture (Traditional Indian Architectural Knowledge System)
◼ B.Arch from a recognized university securing a minimum CGPA of 5.0 out of 10 (50% aggregate marks).
◼ Must qualify PERA - CET Exam.
◼ Candidates with a valid GATE score will be preferred.
◼ Non-GATE candidates will be admitted through PERA - CET.
◼ Master of Planning (Urban and Regional Planning )
◼ Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Technology from any recognized university.
◼ Master's degree in Geography or Sociology or Economics from any recognized university.
◼ Minimum percentage required in qualifying the examination Is 55% or a CGPA of 5.50 out of 10 and above. (5% relaxation given to candidates from the reserved category)
◼ Candidates with a valid GATE score will be preferred.
◼ Non-GATE candidates will be admitted through PERA - CET.
